You can view and print current and past invoices, and choose to pay open invoices online with a credit card using our authorize.net secure payment portal. \u00a0Please review this document for help on how to access and use our current customer portal. \u00a0 If you have any questions please contact us at t608-524-1579 with any questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Login and Userid and Password information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can login to your web portal with the email address that is currently on file as your default account with us.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This is the same email address that we will be used to send notices that your invoice is now available for viewing.\u00a0 You can access the portal by using the link from our existing website under the customers menu called Customer Portal.<\/p>\n<p>To login enter your email address and password in the login screen as pictured below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-983 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wicw.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/login.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"323\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wicw.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/login.png 323w, https:\/\/wicw.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/login-300x261.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 323px) 100vw, 323px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you are logging in for the first time please use your email address and the password that you received in your initial account setup email.\u00a0 Once you have logged in with that password you will be asked to change your password via a popup. \u00a0This will continue to pop up until you change your password. \u00a0It is very important to change your password from the default.<\/p>\n<p class=\"heading1\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Forgotten Passwords<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0If you have forgotten your password, please click on the &#8220;Forgot Password&#8221;
